About Us
Next Gen Infra FZ LLC helps construction companies and consultants on road and utilities infrastructure projects across the UAE. We develop GIS data from your project drawings, structured to each authority’s schema and quality-control requirements, then handle the submission and follow-up so your team can stay focused on delivery.
Our office is in Al Ain, and we provide services for projects in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Al Dhafra, Dubai, and Federal projects all over the UAE.
Authority schemas and QC requirements are very detailed and evolving. Our workflow is built around complying with them, so all issues are resolved before submission, not after.

We prepare authority-compliant GIS datasets from your project drawings, including designs & as-builts. Each dataset is structured as per the authority’s schema, checked against its QC requirements, and validated before submission.
Submission & Follow-Up
We submit your GIS data to the authorities, track the status, comply with the comments, and attend clarification meetings until the approval is completed.
Design Submission & Follow-Up
We prepare road and utilities designs in GIS format and submit them to the relevant authority.

Quick answers about how we work.
Which files should I send?
Send the project drawings (CAD or PDF) for the as-built or design submission, together with the authority name and the utility or category involved. If you are unsure what is needed, ask us before you start and we will advise on the pre-requisite documents.
Can you guarantee approval?
Approval is decided by the authority, so we cannot guarantee it. What we do is prepare the data to the authority’s schema and QC requirements, submit it, track the status, comply with the comments and attend clarification meetings until the approval is completed.
How do I send large drawing files?
Use the enquiry form: you can attach DWG, DXF, DGN or PDF files, or a ZIP of several files, up to 100 MB. For anything larger, contact us and we will suggest the best way to send it.
What if the drawings or data I send contain errors?
We check your data against the authority’s schema and QC requirements and flag anything that looks wrong or incomplete, so it can be corrected before submission. Errors in the source drawings or data remain the responsibility of the party who supplied them, and rework caused by incorrect or incomplete data may be subject to a price variation.
